William functions as strategist, information architect and program manager for complex, high-volume, full-lifecycle implementations worldwide. Implementations by his teams, managed from both IT and consultant positions, have won best-practices awards. William is a Southwest Entrepreneur of the Year finalist and a frequent best-practices judge; he also has authored hundreds of articles and white papers and given hundreds of keynotes and public seminars internationally. He is a former IT vice president at a Fortune 500 company and a former software engineer, and he holds an MBA. In addition, William is the author of the book 90 Days to Success in Consulting.
